Submitting a project enquiry
When you submit the project form, the information you provide—including your name, email address, project type, business name and project details—is sent to Techloop at hello@techloop.ca through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it by email. Its service may retain submission data for up to 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy information. Techloop uses your enquiry to reply and discuss the work you request.
Only submit information you are comfortable sending by email. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or embedded social media widgets. The website’s hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and the requested page, to deliver and protect the site. Project enquiries are processed as described above.
Third-party services
Facebook and any email service you use have their own privacy practices. Follow their privacy notices when you use those services. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information in a project enquiry.
Questions or requests
To ask about information you have sent to Techloop, including a request to correct or delete it, contact the Techloop Facebook page. Include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry.
